I was pleasantly surprised by the spacious and comfortable room at the West End hotel. The location was excellent, with easy access to the subway and buses, making it convenient to explore the city. The lobby had a nice water bottle filling station, which I appreciated. The staff, although not overly interested, were helpful and did what I asked of them. In terms of amenities, there were little details that made a difference, like a cotton robe and slippers, as well as an umbrella in the closet. I had a good stay at this hotel.

I would recommend this hotel for its location, comfortable rooms, and helpful staff. However, it is important to note that there were a few shortcomings, such as the lack of a safety deposit box in the room and ordinary breakfast options.

We had a wonderful stay here. The hotel is located in an ideal area for touring around. The room was comfortable and equipped with everything we needed, such as ironing facilities, tea and coffee facilities, and a mini-bar. Additionally, the staff was fantastic and provided excellent service, including dry cleaning, laundry, tours/ticket assistance.

Loved this place, it was immaculately clean and had incredible staff and location. Efficient employees were from the manager. The room was neat, right by the bed. Lots of food at breakfast like cereals, yogurt and eggs.

Stunningly beautiful hotel, the staff were all courteous and welcoming and the location was unbeatable close to hospital. Also, I loved how ideal the location was. I visited Casta's Rum Bar very close to the venue for a few drinks.

Loved the central location of the hotel, it was super convenient to explore all the popular attractions in the area. the room was spacious and clean, with modern amenities and a cozy bed that made our stay comfortable. the breakfast spread was fantastic, with a good mix of hot and cold options to choose from.

Parking was a bit of a hassle as it needed to be booked in advance. there were plenty of public parking options nearby, although not all were available 24/7.

We stayed here for 1 night, the hotel was gorgeous and spotlessly clean, with ideal location to near sink area. The breakfast was included and had plenty of meals. We loved it during our fairly nice stay.

We had a fantastic experience at this hotel! The breakfast bar was amazing, offering a variety of options to start our day. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always going above and beyond to ensure our needs were met. Our room was spacious and clean, exceeding our expectations in terms of comfort. The location was perfect for exploring the city, with many attractions within walking distance. The area felt safe and the architecture and landscaping around the hotel were beautiful. we had a very pleasant stay here.

The only downside was the parking situation, but the manager was kind enough to offer a solution and even moved his car so we could park for free on the street. This gesture was greatly appreciated and made our stay even more enjoyable.

Fabulous boutique hotel in a central area near downtown, main attractions. It was also walking distance to a Gilded Age mansion.

We were pleasantly surprised with the spacious and modern rooms at Tapestry, and the friendly staff made us feel right at home. The free breakfast had plenty of variety and was a great start to our day. we enjoyed our stay and would recommend this hotel.

The breakfast always the same not very good we should think that there are more and more vegan people it lacks fruits and vegetables.

Fairly clean hotel, consistently courteous staff & perfect location close to everything. Exceptionally comfortable bed, the room was beautiful and well-kept.

The hotel was located in a great spot, just a short walk from the metro station, cafes, and supermarkets. the room was clean, tidy, and surprisingly spacious. the staff was friendly and helpful, particularly Grace from Mongolia who went above and beyond to assist me. Additionally, the breakfast was delicious, offering a wide range of pastries and even the opportunity to make your own pancakes.

One aspect I didn't like was the view from my room, as it faced a corner wall instead of a nice city view. Additionally, the use of disposable dishes and cutlery was a downside, as it generated a lot of unnecessary plastic waste.

I recently stayed at the West End hotel in Georgetown for a few days. The location was perfect for exploring the charming streets and shops of M St. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. The room itself was spacious and spotlessly clean, with thoughtful amenities like a coffee machine and complimentary water bottles. The hotel also provided toiletries and makeup wipes, which was a nice touch. I had a peaceful and enjoyable experience at this hotel.

We booked the hotel that breakfast and on the day of arrival it turned out that the restaurant was sold and breakfast is not served.

Staying here is the perfect base for exploring the history and culture of America's capital. The location is fantastic as it's easy to get to major attractions and museums. The hotel has a lots of restaurants nearby. The rooms are comfortable, beds are pretty good. Breakfast is great and it's included in the price. The staff are friendly and helpful. The convenience of the location can't be beaten - being walking distance from sightseeing made it even better.

free internet is too weakly dimensioned. i like hand showers, with which you can also get into the "corners" and not fixed shower heads, let the water drip down from above.

The location was perfect for my needs. Being in a great area between downtown and Georgetown, I could easily walk to nearby public transport and explore the National Mall on foot. Plus, this hotel was near sink area, ensuring that I could access clean drinking water anytime. The staff were friendly and attentive, always going the extra mile to help me with any questions I had. Additionally, the cleanliness of this hotel was exceptional, and the facilities were top-notch.

I recently stayed at the West End Washington DC hotel for a week-long vacation in the capital. The spacious room had a comfortable bed with a big TV screen. The location was great, only a short 15-minute walk to the Lincoln Memorial and close to the bustling Georgetown area. The staff were friendly and always ready to help. I appreciated the included breakfast and the convenience of having laundry facilities in the hotel. a fantastic stay!
